Thirteen Things about Kat’s Krackerbox that begin with the letter “H”

1….My HOME is my castle!  If I could stay HOME everyday, I would just so I could clean HOUSE or work in my yard.

2….I love HORSES!  I used to ride them all time when I lived in California because my best friend (Tammy) had HORSES.  My favorite to ride was the Appaloosa.  I had to climb in the back of the truck to get on him because we rode bareback (no saddle).

3….I have always wanted to go to HAWAII.   I HOPE to be able to go there one of the days on a vacation so I can enjoy the ocean and beauty of HAWAII!

4….My favorite HOLIDAY is Christmas.  I don’t like all the HOLIDAY shopping and traffic jams but I love getting together with my family and spending time with them. 

5….I am trying to let my HAIR grow out.  I have always had shoulder-length (sometimes shorter) HAIR but I want to let it grown and see how long it will get.  I am getting my HAIR trimmed today so it will continue to grow!

6….I am getting my Bachelor of Arts in HISTORY with a minor in legal studies at UALR.

7….One of my step-grandsons is named HAYDEN.  He was born two months after his step-sister at the same HOSPITAL and delivered by the same doctor.  Neither of the parents knew each other at the time their children were born.

8….It’s suppose to be spring break but in one of my classes, because the instructor’s schedule is so tight to get everything in this semester that we need, I still have HOMEWORK that has to be done this week so I really don’t get a spring break.  :-(

9….When I got divorced in 1989, I lived in low-income public HOUSING for about two and a half years.

10..When I remarried, my second husband and I owned a HONDA Accord.  The kids liked listening to the Beach Boys and once they heard a certain song everytime they’d get in the car they’d say, “HONDA HONDA go faster faster”!!  :-)

11..Before I went to college and bettered myself, I would go to a place called HELPING HAND to get free food and clothes for me and my children.

12..My HEART belongs to my children and grandchildren.  I love them unconditionally with all my HEART and they know it!

13..One thing I wish for all my blogging friends (see picture below)…

    Grandchildren are precious, aren’t they. I am grateful that mine live close and are very prevalent in my life. They call me at least four times a week. The older one is slacking off a bit but I hope it never stops.

    I forgot to respond to your question about redheads going gray. I have a lot of red in my hair and was more redheaded when I was a baby, so maybe redheads do not gray early. My Dad was 72 when he died and he hardly had a gray hair in his head. He, too, had reddish brown hair.
