Thirteen Things about Kat’s Krackerbox
1….I want to lose weight so I will start eating healthier foods.
2….I will cut my Mountain Dew’s and Pepsi’s down to one 20 oz. bottle per day.
3….I will start drinking water and tea instead of soda’s.
4….I will start walking every morning for at least 30 minutes when I get to work early.
5….I will park further away from the entrance at work so I have farther to walk and get more exercise that way too.
6….I will cut back on chocolates and sweets by choosing fresh fruits instead.
7….I will start paying my bills before the due date so I don’t get a shut-off notice and have to pay extra when I do pay my bill.
8….I will start bringing my lunch to work so I don’t have to go out to eat and spend money or eat greasy foods.
9….I will bring my grades beginning next semester (begins in January 200 up so I can improve my GPA.
10..I will start taking my 30-minute lunch and go for a walk or do something to help me unwind and be less stressful.
11..I will make more time to study for tests and do my homework next semester (begins in January 2008).
12..I will park farther away at college so I have to walk and get more exercise to help me lose weight.
13..I will look for a church home and start going back to church.

All the best wishes for you in 2008!
These resolutions sound good, I’m sure you’ll make it
Happy TT and greets Julia
Your T-13 resolutions could be mine a few years ago. The hardest thing about giving up soda was giving up Pepsi, but I did it … made myself into a water-drinker, but I still enjoy coffee in the morning (with half and half) because I’m worth it! I got myself a Labrador Retriever puppy and started walking regularly, and I make healthier food choices too. I suspect those are related. Good luck to you on meeting these goals in 2008. I’ll expect a report next year at this time
Hugs and blessings,
I couldn’t quit the Dt Coke — and believe me, I’ve tried. It’s not just the headaches and being so cranky my family brings me cans to try to sooth the beast, but I just don’t move forward as well… Sort of sleepy headed. Ugh.
Best of luck to you tho. I’m sure you’re a much better person than I!
That sounds like a great plan. Best of luck with it and wishing you a Happy and Healthy New Year 2008!!
You have quite concrete goals in mind, I’m sure you’ll do well!
I’ve given up any sweets on weekdays to pray. I have a friend who’s having some really big upsets in her life and when I want a sweet (which is much of the time), it’s my trigger to pray for her. I’m loving oranges a lot right now!
Happy Thursday! Happy New Year! Thanks for visiting!
I’m afraid to make resolutions because those seem to be the things that never get done
I have a Mtn Dew addiction too, but I’ve cut down. Instead, I’m hooked on Monster Java energy drinks now…probably worse!!!
Best of luck with your goals and I hope you have a terrific new year!
Thank you all for your suggestions, great ideas, and for stopping by my site! May all of you be richly blessed in 2008. I hope all your dreams come true.
Good luck on all of these things. May you not only get the benefits from them, but the feeling of accomplishment that comes with it!

Those all look like great goals. I think I’d have trouble with the soda one.
Best of luck with them, and have a great 2008!
Your TT link comes through to last week’s list btw.
